How to Tie the Bustle:
1. Take the skirt and turn it to the back side. At the bottom of the top ruffle you will find 2 sets of strings. You will work on one set at a time.

2. On the first set of strings, there should be 2 strings. When you pull on one of the strings, it will stay still and when you pull on the other string, the fabric bunches up. Pull that string till the fabric is wherever you want it and tie a bow.

3. Tying the bow: (I tie a bow and the tie a double bow so the strings don’t hang there is no right and wrong way to do this just play with it till you are happy with how it look)

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to other set of strings.

5. Put skirt on and look fabulous.
