The Topping is made to go on top of a waist cincher or corset.  It features 360 degrees of cinching for all of your bustle needs.

This piece can be worn many ways and is fully adjustable, plus it has side pockets.

Each topping is fully lined, and features lacing up the front of the bodice and hidden pockets.
