This gorgeous skirt is fitted to the mid thigh then it flares out into full skirt.

The little strips of contrasting blakc fabric run from the waist to the top of the insert panels and look like a garter belt straps but with more modesty.

There are small bows at the end of the strip.

The fabric is a shimmery, deep burgandy.

There's also small ruffled bottom.

Invisible side zipper.
