Waiting for the Locomotive Skirt

 

This beautiful skirt can be worn several different ways! 

This high waist-banded skirt features an ankle-length tail at the back with three tiers of ruffles.

The edges of the ruffles are trimmed with black fabric.

There is a large bow detail at the back and waterfall ripples graduate down behind the knee.

It is slightly gathered and raised at two points in the front by twin ribbons coming down from the waist.  These are fully adjustable, so you can wear it up on both sides, up on one side, or down on both.

There are decorative buttons down the waist on each side, and an "invisible" side zipper.
