This gorgeously romantic mini features a working garter belt done in a beautiful black flocked satin with skulls and filigree design.  The hem also features this same fabric.

The garter is constructed over the base of the skirt, which is made from burgandy organza with black ruffles.

There are 3 black rosette decorative buttons on each side running down into the garter strap. 

Plus there are 2 layers to this skirt...the underneath is a black satin ruffle lining for extra poof.
