This pencil skirt is so hot it should be illegal!  The fabric is black with red pinstripes.  It features super wide belt loops and with little decorative D rings hanging off of them.

The skirt is hip-hugging, but flares out at the bottom. There are two sets of black WORKING handcuffs through pewter D rings on the front.

There are two 8" slits in the front with D rings above each.  The back has a 7" slit with another D ring.
