This pencil skirt is goth-inspired. It fits snug at the hips and flares out at the bottom. It has super wide belt loops tht have corset-style lacing with black satin ribbon through silver grommets. This pattern is repeated on front straps and on straps above the two 8" slits in the font and 7" slit in the back.
