The fabric is a super silky and lightweight black sheer organza. 

The front features a flocked black satin placard with tiny black rose-shaped buttons, which goes up around the high collar.  On each side are 3 small vertical decorative pleasts.

It has a slightly nipped in waist and delicate lace at the sleeves.  The sleeves also have the same flocked black satin placard with 3 tiny black rose-shaped buttons.
