Lolita Skirt

This adorable skirt features 2 layers for a fluffy look.  The underneath layer is comprised of a silky nylon material up top and the bottom 8 inches is white cotton with contrasting lace trim.

The waistband is elastic and there is also an invisible side zipper.

The top of the skirt features constrast lace trim at the hips in the front.  There are 2 pockets on each side which have drawstrings to keep them closed.

The best part is the ribbons at the bottom which pull to create fluffy gathers.  There are 2 in the front and 2 in the back with contrast satin ribbon.
