This top features a super tight fitted PVC waist "cincher" look. 

The material above the PVC is super soft and silky burgandy knit jersey with a fine black mesh overlay.  It has a wide neck and bat-wing type sleeves.

The inside of the PVC is lined so you won't get hot and sticky. There is a side zipper on the PVC to help you get in and out of this top.
