Two layers of Soft Bridal tulle in any color. There are hundreds of hand-gathered ruffles. The top layer is made with pointed black satin scallops. This skirt has a cotton over elastic waist. It is stitched and serged for extreme durability. It's safe for the washer and dryer too. This Tulle is made in the USA and is fire-resistant, not like the tulle from china.
