This skirt is made with a mountain of Bridal tulle.   It's darkest Black bridal tulle.  All of the tulle up front is hand-torn and scrunched to be really pouffy. The back is long and flowing.

All of the tulle has been stitched and serged to the waistband so it's extremely durable. Plus it's safe for the washing machine and dryer.
