This dress features a smalll ruffle on the bustline, a halter style tie, and a 2 layered hem.

There is a with a black and white stripe pattern on the second layer.

The 2 layered ragged hem is split into 3 different sections, 1 on each side and one in the back.  The fabric overlaps just a bit to cover your "assets".  Plus the trim features a black and white stripe pattern.
