This dress looks fantastic with:

This hot little number consists of pink skulls on a black cotton background.  There is a black halter-style neck tie along with a knot in the middle of the bustline to accentuate your assets.

The hem consists of 2 layers:  the first is a big poofy pink tulle, with a shorter white layer of cotton underneath.
