This fantastic skirt features a large distressed skulls print all over. The hemline is ragged and is gathered on the left side in a little white bow and white tulle, which matches the white waistband. There is also a separate layer of white tulle underneath the hem of the skirt to give it bounce and flair. This garment is a unique work of art.
