These super spiky and pointy 3 3/4 inch heel ankle boots pack a huge punch! 

First of all, they lace all the way up the front through silver grommets.  Then there are 2 black PVC buckle straps, one across the toe and the other around the leg.

The fabric is zebra "fur" with contrasting shiny PVC trim.
