This fitted pencil skirt is sure to draw some attention. The skirt is made with a black material which has a black on black leopard print. The front features an insert of purple fabric with an all over skull pattern. On top of this insert are 30 D rings through which a grosgrain ribbon is laced through giving it a corset look. The back features a daring 10" slit as well as an invisible zipper closure.
