This mini tutu features 7 layers of black mesh for extreme poof. 

The waistline is all black satin and the poof doesn't start until your hips, so your waist is nice and streamlined.

There are also black grommet straps which end in a silver D ring on both sides in front and in back.

There is a silver chain attaced to the D rings that features small skulls intersperse with the chain links.
