This adorable lolita style skirt is consists of 3 ruffly layers. The top is a silky black fabric.  The middle is black lace and the bottom is a purple Asian-inspired fabric.

The waist band has dual straps with grommeting made from the purple fabric.   Plus there are silver D rings on each strap.

This skirt zips up the back with invisible zipper.  The back looks the same as front.
