MONEY ORDERS AND RETURN POLICY

MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK
All checks must be made payable to "Infectious Threads" and mailed to:

No personal checks accepted.

Items will be held for 15 days once we receive your order. If payment is not received within that 15 days, the item will be placed back up for sale.

RETURN POLICY

We will cheerfully help you with any merchandise that you need to return, but all returns must be authorized! Authorization must be obtained by email: sales@infectiousthreads.com.

All returns must be received 60 days from sale date, must have original tags on, be in their original brand-new never worn condition, have no funky smells (i.e. smoke, perfume, body odor, etc.) and must be accompanied by original receipt.

For purchases returned after 30 days from date of sale, you will receive a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit equal to the original price paid. Infectious Threads will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges on returns, and will also charge shipping and handling on exchanges.

If you are returning a non-garment item because it is damaged or broken, we will examine the item(s) and then determine if it should be turned in as a claim to our shipping service.

Demonia Shoes and Boots Returns/Exchanges:

All Demonia shoes and boots have a 15% restocking fee. This is because Demonia charges me a 15% fee to restock any returned or exchanged item. Sorry about that!

If you need to return/exchange a shoe or boot, please e-mail us with your order number and reason for return. We will then obtain a Return Authorization number from Demonia and email that back to you along with shipping instructions. All returns/exchanges are to be shipped directly back to Demonia.
