RETURN POLICY |

RETURNS/EXCHANGES No Refunds....We do exchanges and store credit only. We will cheerfully help you with any merchandise that you want to return, unless the item is a Special Order from Lip Service. All returns must be authorized first! Authorization must be obtained by email: info@infectiousthreads.com. All returns must be received 30 days from sale date, must have original tags on, be in their original brand-new never worn condition, have no funky smells (i.e. smoke, perfume, body odor, cat or dog hair, etc.) and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Infectious Threads will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges on returns, and will also charge shipping and handling on exchanges. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will examine the item(s) and then determine if a refund is appropriate. Demonia Shoes
and Boots Returns/Exchanges: You are also responsible for any postage costs incurred in the exchange/return. If you need to return/exchange a shoe or boot, please e-mail us with your order number and reason for return. We will then obtain a Return Authorization number from Demonia and email that back to you along with shipping instructions. All returns/exchanges are to be shipped directly back to Demonia.
