RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

No Refunds....We do exchanges and store credit only.

We will cheerfully help you with any merchandise that you want to return, but all returns must be authorized! Authorization must be obtained by email: info@infectiousthreads.com.

All returns must be received 30 days from sale date, must have original tags on, be in their original brand-new never worn condition, have no funky smells (i.e. smoke, perfume, body odor, etc.) and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Infectious Threads will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges on returns, and will also charge shipping and handling on exchanges.

If you are returning a non-garment item because it is damaged or broken, we will examine the item(s) and then determine if it should be turned in as a claim to our shipping service.

Demonia Shoes and Boots Returns/Exchanges:

All Demonia shoes and boots have a 15% restocking fee. This is because Demonia charges me a 15% fee to restock any returned or exchanged item. Sorry about that!

If you need to return/exchange a shoe or boot, please e-mail us with your order number and reason for return. We will then obtain a Return Authorization number from Demonia and email that back to you along with shipping instructions. All returns/exchanges are to be shipped directly back to Demonia.
